Designed for
efficiency.
Aligned with non-agency principles.
The process
We do the heavy thinking before anything gets made: discovery, research, alignment, all of it front-loaded. That is what makes the execution fast, and it is why the work holds its shape once we hand it over.
You've run into the same problems at every agency you've worked with.
Client or agency, the problems are the same: poor organizational structure, too little staff and too few resources, disorganized files, unrealistic deadlines, and endless revision loops. We deal with these before any service track starts, which makes the work smoother for us and for clients. They are straightforward problems, and we solve them with a human-first approach.
Structures stay the same because the industry is unwilling to change and put people over profit. Ours didn’t.
The Therum process
Seven steps. Front-loaded by design.
Insight
We begin with in-depth consultations to learn the client's goals and challenges. Next, we study the business: industries, audiences and competitors. That research informs the creative strategy and keeps us close to the client's vision. Doing this phase first makes the rest of the work more efficient and more effective.
·
Streamline
We sort what the research actually found and say what it means for the work. The creative direction gets built on that rather than on a hunch, and naming the few themes that matter is what keeps the next decision from being an argument.
·
Ideate
Once the direction is set, we make mood boards and style tiles. A mood board collects visuals that capture the vision; a style tile lays out specific design elements such as colors, typography and imagery. Together they settle the design direction before we leave the concept phase, and they give clients a clear picture of the project to talk about. We refine the ideas and try different design components until the solution fits what the client prefers.
·
Craft
With the mood boards and style tiles final, we develop concepts and make the work to match the refined direction. We go through rounds of design with regular client feedback, and the ideas become finished deliverables that carry the intended message to the target audience.
·
Refine
We review and revise the work in feedback loops. We go through every detail and fold in the client's input, so the work stays tied to the project's objectives and holds to our quality standards.
·
Finalize
After the final round of revisions, we finalize the project. We organize and prepare every file for the final review and handoff, so the deliverables are ready to implement or present.
·
Conclude
The last step is the handover. The work ships with its documentation, and we stay reachable while a team gets used to running it. Nothing is held back to keep you calling.

Where it runs
The same process, every pillar.
Studio builds with it, Consulting advises through it, Strategy thinks in it, Production delivers on it, Infrastructure owns it end to end. One method, five doors.
