Project Readiness and Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring their project is ready to move forward before and during engagement.
Unless explicitly outlined in the scope of work, Therum is not responsible for internal coordination, approvals, asset collection, or decision making on the client’s behalf. Our role is to design and execute within the agreed scope, not to manage internal operations.
Required Materials and Access
Clients are responsible for providing all required materials, assets, approvals, and access in a timely manner. This may include, but is not limited to:
• Brand assets, content, copy, imagery, and references
• Stakeholder approvals and consolidated decision making
• Platform, CMS, hosting, domain, or third party tool access
• Legal, compliance, or internal sign off when applicable
Work cannot proceed without these inputs.
Feedback and Decision Making
Clients are expected to provide timely, consolidated, and intentional feedback.
Feedback should be gathered internally before being shared. Conflicting direction, piecemeal responses, or shifting priorities may result in paused timelines or scope adjustments.
Therum is not responsible for delays caused by internal misalignment, extended approval cycles, or lack of clear decision makers.
Timelines and Delays
Project timelines are built based on the assumption that required inputs will be delivered as scheduled.
Delays caused by missing materials, late feedback, incomplete information, or unavailable stakeholders may impact timelines and delivery dates. These delays do not qualify for fee reductions, refunds, or expanded scope.
If delays significantly disrupt project flow, Therum reserves the right to reschedule work or adjust timelines accordingly.
Scope Responsibility
Clients are responsible for understanding what is included in the agreed scope.
Requests for work, coordination, or deliverables outside of the defined scope are not assumed and must be approved and quoted separately. Silence, urgency, or implied expectations do not constitute approval.
Collaboration Standard
This is a collaborative partnership.
Clients are expected to engage with respect for boundaries, timelines, and process. Therum does not operate as an on demand service, interim employee, or internal project manager unless explicitly scoped.
Strong outcomes require preparedness, clarity, and participation on both sides.
