Late Payments
inal payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery, as outlined in the agreement.
If final payment is delayed beyond the agreed timeline:
• A late fee equal to one third of the total project cost is applied
• All delivery, access, and transfers are immediately paused
Late fees are not negotiable and are applied automatically.
Non Payment and Enforcement
Non payment, unauthorized use of work, or breach of contract may result in collection actions or legal proceedings.
Clients are responsible for any costs incurred by Therum in enforcing contractual terms, including legal fees, administrative costs, and recovery expenses.
Until all outstanding balances and fees are resolved:
• Work remains the property of Therum
• Usage rights are not granted
• Assets may not be published, distributed, or repurposed
