Communication

Communication is structured and intentional.

Primary communication happens via email to ensure clarity, documentation, and accountability. When collaboration requires it, phone calls or live discussions are scoped as part of the project and scheduled in advance.

We do not operate in constant communication cycles.

Working Hours

Our working hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Communication outside of these hours is not acceptable. This includes calls, texts, messages, or repeated attempts to engage outside scheduled time.

Boundaries and Abuse

Respect for boundaries is non negotiable.

Repeated disregard for communication guidelines, excessive off hours contact, or attempts to bypass agreed processes may result in immediate project cancellation. In such cases, all payments made are retained by Therum.

This structure exists to protect focus, quality, and mutual respect. Collaboration works when boundaries are honored.
