Cancellations and Termination

Once a deposit is paid, the project is considered active and scheduled. Deposits are non refundable.

If a project is canceled by the client for any reason, including internal changes, budget shifts, or engagement of a third party or promotional partner, the deposit is retained by Therum.

This includes situations where:

• A client chooses to work with another creative partner

• A promotional or strategic partner assumes creative control

• Project direction changes outside the agreed scope

• Parallel negotiations or partnerships were not disclosed

Discovery, planning, scheduling, and creative preparation all constitute billable work. The deposit compensates for time, opportunity cost, and reserved capacity.

Failure to Disclose Changes

Clients are required to communicate any changes that materially affect the project.

Failure to disclose changes in scope, partnerships, or decision making may result in immediate project termination. In these cases, all payments made remain non refundable, and Therum reserves the right to invoice for work completed beyond the deposit.

Learning about a project cancellation or redirection through public announcements or third party channels does not void payment obligations.
